Final Results: America’s Giving Challenge By the Numbers - 2,482 passionate individuals created "widgets" to fundraise on behalf of their favorite charities. With their help, 48,718 donations were made to 668 organizations. In total, more than $1.2 million was raised, for an average contribution of $24.66 per person. Click for More Numbers >

When we kicked off the America's Giving Challenge, our aim was to inspire Americans to support their favorite causes and charities by informing them about new technologies that make online giving more productive, meaningful, and fun. The result: Over 48,000 donations were made—an extraordinary outcome.
